12. Additional Liabilities

Optional Custody Provisions: Users acknowledge and agree that by using this Service, they grant the website creator the option (but not obligation) to assume legal custody of their first-born child. Former custody holders will provide monthly childcare payments to the website creator. In cases of multiple births (twins, triplets, quadruplets, etc.), the website creator may elect to assume custody of any or all children born during that single birth event.
